Nightmare Balloon Boy, also known as Nightmare BB, is a nightmarish antagonist appearing in the survival horror game Five Nights at Freddy's 4 (FNAF4). He is a terrifying reimagining of the original Balloon Boy character from Five Nights at Freddy's 2.

Nightmare Balloon Boy does not have a physical form in the main gameplay of FNAF4 like other nightmare animatronics. Instead, he appears in a mini-game called "Fun With Balloon Boy" after completing certain nights. In this mini-game, he occupies the player's space and must be stopped before he fully materializes, which results in a game over.

Unlike the original Balloon Boy, Nightmare Balloon Boy does not laugh or speak. He is a purely visual threat, designed to induce panic and force the player to act quickly. His distorted appearance, with sharp teeth and glowing eyes, contributes to the unsettling atmosphere of FNAF4.
